ERwin 7을 이용해서 Reverse Engineer를 수행할 때 다음과 같은 에러가 발생할 경우가 있다.
"Unable to locate client connectivity software. Check with your database administrator to install the appropriate client software."
이러한 에러가 발생할 경우, 다음 파일을 c:\Windows\System32 폴더에 저장하면 된다.
ntwdblib.dll이 dll 파일은 MSSQL 2000에서 제공되는 SQL Server Cleint Library 파일이며, ERwin 7에서는 MSSQL 2005에 접속할 경우에도 필요하다.
폴더에 접속한 후 Reverse Engineer를 수행하면, 해당 DB의 스키마를 볼 수 있다.
